My experience at the hotel has been troubled by several issues. Though some outdoor spaces were clean and well-kept, the overall maintenance and service fell far below expectations. The dining was particularly disappointing, with stale food choices and a lack of cleanliness. On the upside, there were some enjoyable pool activities, which provided a little distraction from the frustration.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives like the engaging animation team and ample food variety at meal times, I found the overall experience disappointing. The extensive maintenance issues in certain areas and lack of attentive service overshadowed the potential this place had. I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing holiday.
